Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Laboratory Specialist based in Riyadh.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide range of laboratory tests accurately and in compliance with approved standards
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring proper calibration and functionality
• Analyse patient samples (blood, urine, and other body fluids) and report results
• Adhere to quality standards and patient safety protocols
• Collaborate with the medical team to support diagnosis and treatment
• Document test results and maintain accurate records
• Support and ensure compliance with local and international accreditation standards, including (CBAHI), (CAP) (AABB), and actively participate in quality improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in medical laboratory sciences or equivalent
• Valid professional classification from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties
• experience or have completed their internship training in a governmental hospital.
• Good knowledge of infection control practices
• Familiarity with healthcare quality and accreditation standards
• Ability to work effectively within a team and handle work pressure
