 We’re Hiring: Lab Quality Auditor
📍 Location: Abu Dhabi
🏥 Company: Fakih IVF Fertility Center
🕐 Employment Type: Full-Time

Join a leading fertility center and support quality and compliance in a highly specialized IVF laboratory environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct internal audits across IVF, embryology, and andrology laboratories

Ensure compliance with CAP, and ISO accreditation standards

Support implementation and continuous improvement of laboratory quality management systems

Prepare IVF laboratories for external audits, inspections, and accreditation assessments

Review SOPs, policies, and documentation related to laboratory and practices

Educate and support lab and IVF teams on quality standards and audit requirements

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Sciences or a related laboratory discipline

Hands-on audit experience with CAP, and ISO standards (mandatory)

Lead Auditor certificate for ISO 15189:2022 FROM EIAC (mandatory)

Previous experience in an IVF, fertility, or specialized laboratory setting is an advantage

Strong understanding of laboratory quality systems and regulatory compliance

Excellent attention to detail, reporting, and communication skills
