Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Direct Sales Agent, based in Cairo, Egypt, with opportunities for some remote work. The Direct Sales Agent will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, and offering relevant insurance and financial solutions. Key tasks include conducting client meetings, providing exceptional customer service, meeting sales targets, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with customers.
Excellent communication skills to effectively convey information and address customer needs.
Experience in customer service and a customer-first approach.
Knowledge of financial concepts and products, including insurance and asset management.
Proven experience in sales and achieving sales targets.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently and in a hybrid setup.
Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is advantageous.
