Job Description

· Oversee and manage insurance operations across multiple facilities in Cairo & Alexandria.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with insurance companies and TPAs.
· Manage contracts, tariffs, approvals, claims, and reimbursement processes.
· Monitor insurance performance, revenue, collections, and outstanding claims.
· Lead and develop regional insurance teams while monitoring KPIs and operational performance.
· Ensure compliance with insurance policies, contracts, and healthcare regulations.
· Identify operational gaps and implement improvement plans to enhance efficiency and revenue.

🔹 Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine (MBBS) – Medical Doctors only.
· 7+ years of proven experience in Medical/Healthcare Insurance, with solid managerial experience.
· Strong experience in insurance operations, claims, contracts, approvals, reimbursement, and negotiations.
· Proven experience dealing with Insurance Companies and TPAs.
· Strong leadership, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
· Excellent knowledge of healthcare insurance processes, policies, and regulations.
· Strong command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
· Proven ability to manage teams and operations across multiple locations.
