🚨 We’re Hiring: Infection Control Officer (Immediate Joiner)

Key Responsibilities
🔹 Lead and oversee the Infection Prevention & Control (IPC) program across the facility
🔹 Ensure compliance with DOH, JCI, and CAP infection control standards and requirements
🔹 Plan, conduct, and monitor infection control surveillance, audits, and quality improvement initiatives
🔹 Prepare for and support DOH, JCI, and CAP inspections and accreditation audits
🔹 Develop and deliver infection control education and training programs for clinical and non-clinical staff
🔹 Investigate healthcare-associated infections (HAIs) and implement corrective and preventive actions
🔹 Monitor compliance with hand hygiene, sterilization, environmental cleaning, and isolation protocols

Requirements
✅ Valid DOH License as a Registered Nurse
✅ Experience in Infection Prevention & Control within a healthcare setting
✅ Strong knowledge of DOH, JCI, and CAP standards and accreditation requirements
✅ Experience conducting infection control audits, surveillance, and staff training
✅ Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
