This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Business Partner more than 1 vacancy , located in Riyadh, Jeddah , Dammam The HR Business Partner will be responsible for implementing and improving HR policies, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, overseeing performance management processes, and acting as a trusted advisor to managers and employees. The role involves collaboration with various departments to align HR strategies with organizational goals, while fostering a positive and productive workplace environment.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of HR Policies and Human Resources best practices
- Experience with Employee Relations and a proven ability to build trust and resolve conflicts effectively
- Understanding of Labor and Employment Law, along with ability to ensure compliance with local regulations
- Proven skills in Performance Management, including feedback, coaching, and supporting development plans
- Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication abilities
- Analytical mindset and ability to use data for informed decision-making
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus
- Experience in the healthcare sector or a similar industry is an advantage
