Are you passionate about improving healthcare systems through technology? We’re looking for a Healthcare Business Systems Analyst with experience in EMR and RCM to join our team in Al Ain.

Key Responsibilities:
✔ Gather and document business requirements (BRDs & SOWs)
✔ Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities
✔ Work closely with stakeholders and development teams
✔ Support system implementation and business process optimization
✔ Deliver data-driven insights to enhance healthcare operations

Qualifications:
✅ 3–5 years of Business Systems Analysis experience in the Healthcare industry
✅ Strong knowledge of EMR and RCM
✅ Experience in business requirements gathering and technical analysis
✅ Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
✅ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
