About the job:

1. Event Participation & Support the planning and implementation of health lounges and outreach events focused on awareness, education, and screening. Collaborate with the event team to deliver tailored education programs based on company-specific health needs. Assist in setting up educational booths and screening stations, ensuring smooth participant flow and a positive experience. Provide individualized and group education on different health topics and healthy lifestyle during events. Conduct assessments and provide on-the-spot awareness or referrals for high-risk individuals for different type of health conditions.

2. Screening & Data Collection Identify individuals with potential health risks and refer them to a health educator for guidance on lifestyle modifications, preventive practices, and health promotion strategies. Record participant data accurately and assist in analyzing results to identify individuals at potential risk of health issues. Ensure data confidentiality and support the follow-up process for participants needing further medical evaluation.

3. Client Engagement & Follow-Up Educate participants about available hospital wellness and preventive care services. Support the referral of screened individuals to appropriate specialists within the hospital network. Participate in follow-up activities, including telehealth sessions and check-in calls, to reinforce health education and track progress.

4. Program Development & Innovation Assist in developing interactive educational materials and visual aids to enhance participant engagement across health topics. Stay updated on the latest health education techniques and public health information to support continuous program improvement. Suggest new tools and ideas to improve the reach and effectiveness of health education during events.

5. Coordination with Event Team · Collaborate with event team to ensure seamless service delivery. Ensure proper use and maintenance of health screening equipment and educational materials during events. Participate in debrief sessions to share feedback and contribute to the enhancement of future health events.

6. Reporting & Documentation Contribute to post-event reporting by documenting key statistics, participant feedback, and educational outcomes. Assist in preparing data summaries to evaluate the impact of health education activities at each event.

7. General Responsibility Follow protocols and maintain high standards of professionalism during all events. Support quality and performance improvement initiatives within the department. Perform additional duties within the health education scope as directed by the Chief Commercial Officer. Maintain a high standard of professional ethics, integrity, and respectful behavior in all interactions and business activities.
