Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates for an Employee Relations Specialist. The Employee Relations Specialist will handle day-to-day tasks such as fostering positive employee relationships, managing employee engagement programs, ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor laws, and overseeing performance management processes. The role requires collaboration with teams across the organization to promote a productive and supportive work environment.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in Employee Relations and Employee Engagement practices
Knowledge of HR Policies and a comprehensive understanding of Labor and Employment Laws
Proficiency in Performance Management processes and implementation
Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Relevant experience in an HR or employee relations role
Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with diverse teams
