Human Resources Supervisor

Job Description

Responsible for HR operations activity across the employee’s lifecycle to ensure a smooth, complaint, and positive employee experience.

The role oversees HR operational planning and execution, support policy implementation and ensure adherence to internal policies, Saudi labor law and regulatory requirements.

The position also plays a key role in staff development, HR data management, and cross functional coordination.

Responsibilities:

  • Recommend improvement to HR policies and procedures.
  • Support the implementation of approved HR policy, procedures and internal control.
  • Managing employees leave applications and maintain accurate records.
  • Supervise onboarding and orientation process for new employees.
  • Execute employee contracts and manage probation appraisal process
  • Managing monthly payroll and make sure to compile all information related.
  • Conduct investigations, handling grievances and support disciplinary actions in line with the company policy
  • Managing employees end of service and arrange to have exit interview process
  • Calculate end of service settlement and make sure to be arranged as per labor law.
  • Support and update employees information data
  • Perform additional HR related projects or assignments as requested by management.

Qualifications and requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or an equivalent field.
  • Minimum of 6 years experiences.
  • Strong understand Saudi Arabia labor law
  • Good communications skills
