Job Description

Core Responsibilities: –

● Receiving Job Requisitions and reviewing them with actual needs

● Job posting for the required jobs on various recruitment channels and screening CVs and HR Interviews

● communicate with departmental managers to coordinate the technical interviews.

● Conducting exit interview with resigned employees to find out the reasons for resignations and send the report monthly to the human resources manager.

● Responsible for quarterly and annual PA for all employees.

● Responsible for implement group’s benefits & compensation system, such as medical insurance and other group benefits and make sure that all employees know how to use their medical insurance.

● Identify development and training needs of hospital’s staff with departmental managers.

● Responsible for the implementing the approved training plan, follow up on training evaluation, and send the employee’s feedback.

Job Requirements: –

  • Bachelor’s degree of business administration or any relevant field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR functions (Healthcare experience is a huge privilege).
