Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Direct Sales Executive based in Heliopolis, with the ability to work partially from home. The Direct Sales Executive will be responsible for securing new clients by presenting and selling MetLife’s range of life insurance and financial products. Core responsibilities include building strong customer relationships, identifying client needs, providing financial guidance, and offering tailored solutions to meet customer goals. The role also involves meeting sales targets, maintaining records of client interactions, and participating in trainings to remain updated on market trends and products.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service, with an ability to build rapport and trust with clients
• Proficiency in Sales techniques, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals
• Basic understanding of Finance and the ability to explain financial concepts and solutions to clients
• Knowledge or experience in the Insurance industry is highly desirable
• Goal-oriented mindset and self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Adaptability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing office presence in Heliopolis with remote work
• Previous experience in a direct sales role is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred

Candidates will start as Direct Sales Agents, focusing on professional development to transition into a Direct Sales Executive role by year-end.”
