CENTRAL SERVICE
TECHNICIAN (CSSD)
9 Location: Aman Clinics: Doha, Qatar.
O
Ensure safety. Support surgery.
Deliver sterility. You make
every procedure possible.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Decontaminate, assemble, package, sterilize and store surgical instruments and equipment.
• Operate and monitor sterilization equipment (autoclaves, Steris Reliance, etc.).
• Ensure quality control using chemical and biological monitoring.
• Maintain inventory, track instruments and prepare case carts for OR.
• Maintain documentation, logs and compliance with infection control standards.
• Support timely delivery of sterile supplies to all clinical areas.
  PREFERRED SKILLS
• Strong attention to detail and quality. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and respond to urgent situations.
• Basic computer skills and documentation management.
  REQUIREMENTS
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CBSPD/HSPA certification required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Sterile Services (CSSD) in a healthcare environment.
• Valid MOPH License.
• Knowledge of sterilization methods, equipment and medical terminology.
• Ability to follow procedures, maintain records and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification – Mandatory.
