Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager at Sidra Healthcare in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services, coordinating care schedules, and addressing any client concerns or feedback promptly.
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships effectively
- Experience in the healthcare or social care industry
- Knowledge of domiciliary care services
- Previous experience in client management or similar roles
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- Certification in Relationship Management or similar field is a plus
