Requirements:
- Qualification: Biomedical Engineering (preferred) or any medical-related engineering field.
- Experience: 1-2 years in the UAE & GCC healthcare market (Mandatory).
- Driving License: Valid UAE/GCC driving license (Mandatory).
- Expertise: Sales & service in Critical Care, Neonatal Care, Radiology, Autoclave, Dental, Lab Equipment, and Medical Gas Systems.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, customer service, and organization.
- Language: English (Arabic is an added advantage).
Job Responsibilities:
- Product sales & service in the healthcare sector
- Scheduling & following up with potential clients
- Market research & competitor analysis
- Technical support, maintenance, and equipment training
- Building strong business relationships
- Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare settings.
- Present, demonstrate, and promote a range of biomedical equipment and services to potential customers.
- Prepare and deliver customized presentations and proposals to meet client needs.
- Negotiate sales contracts and close deals to meet sales targets and objectives.
- Maintain and expand the company’s customer base by building lasting relationships with clients.
- Service and Technical Support:
- Provide ongoing maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting for biomedical equipment and devices.
- Respond to client inquiries regarding equipment functionality, installation, and repair issues.
- Train healthcare staff on the proper use and maintenance of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct routine checks and preventive maintenance to ensure the longevity of biomedical devices.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with healthcare professionals, hospital administrators, and key decision-makers.
- Provide post-sale technical support, ensuring customer satisfaction with the product and service.
- Act as the primary point of contact for any technical or service-related issues.
- Product Knowledge & Market Awareness:
- Keep up to date with the latest biomedical technologies, products, and industry trends.
- Act as a subject matter expert for biomedical products, providing insights and training to customers.
- Collaborate with the product development team to share feedback from customers and help refine product offerings.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, service logs, customer interactions, and maintenance schedules.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback to management.
- Provide feedback to the R&D team on customer requests, trends, and issues for product development.
