Job Summary
The Training Specialist is responsible for identifying training needs by assessing individual and team strengths and weaknesses. This role involves designing and implementing annual training plans, preparing comprehensive teaching materials, and delivering both group and individual training sessions in the GI endoscopy field.
Responsibilities
Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses.
Build annual training plan and prepare teaching materials.
Deliver training courses.
Assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into our partners work behavior.
Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure that they reflect any changes.
Deliver group and individual instruction and training covering a range of technical, operational, and management areas in GI endoscopy field.
demonstrating or presenting products to healthcare staff including doctors, nurses
attending and organizing trade exhibitions, conferences and workshop.
writing reports and other documents.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in medicine or Nurse.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a well-known company within the gastroenterology endoscopic capital equipment or endoscopic therapeutic devices .
Proven experience in designing multiple training event
create effective learning materials
Knowledge of flexible endoscopy tools and equipment is required
Ability to work effectively within a multi-cultural environment.
Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
Organizational skills.
Ability to determine training objective.
participating to the Gastroenterology endoscopy procedures.
Frequent travel will be required
