Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager – Urology, based in Doha, Qatar. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the urology sector, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. Tasks include providing product expertise, coordinating with internal teams, meeting sales targets, and effectively communicating with healthcare professionals and stakeholders. The role involves strategizing to meet market demands and delivering customized solutions for clients aligned with company goals.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of medical equipment, especially related to urology, and the ability to provide detailed product knowledge.
- Proven skills in client relationship management, business development, and strategic market development.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Experience with sales and marketing strategies specific to healthcare and medical product distribution.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and adapt to an on-site environment in a multicultural workplace.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant business tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or a related field; prior experience in the medical field or commercial healthcare sector is an advantage.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is preferred but not mandatory.
