REQUIREMENTS:

• Filipino nationality
• Graduate of BS Nursing
• Experience in a One Day Surgery Center is required
• Strong knowledge of DOH/DHA/MOH regulations
• Expertise in infection prevention and control practices
• Holder of the following certifications:
• CPHQ – Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality
• ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System certification
• DO/DHA Approved Infection Control Course Certificate
• Basic or Advanced Infection Control Certification
• Internal Auditor for Healthcare Quality (ISO or JCIA standards)
