Job Summary:

We’re looking for a technical expert to oversee the precision and compliance of manufactured dental prosthetics. The specialist will ensure every case meets exact clinical specifications and structural integrity standards before delivery.

Key Requirements:

• Educational Background: Degree in Dentistry or Dental Technology.
• Technical Experience: Proven track record in dental lab manufacturing processes.
• Specialization: Advanced knowledge of prosthodontics is preferred.
• Core Competency: Deep understanding of dental materials, occlusion, and fit-to-model accuracy.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Final Inspection: Conduct rigorous QA/QC audits on all dental lab products to ensure zero-defect output.
• Compliance: Validate that all prosthetics adhere to internal quality protocols and industry regulatory standards.
• Technical Feedback: Interface directly with technicians to identify production errors and implement corrective actions.
• Process Improvement: Monitor manufacturing workflows to maintain consistency and reduce remake rates.

The Successful candidate must possess extensive hands-on experience within a dental laboratory environment. You must be able to demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the manufacturing lifecycle for fixed and removable prosthetics. Formal dental education is a mandatory prerequisite for this position.
