Role Overview

The Veterinary Nurse will play a key role in supporting veterinarians during consultations, diagnostics, and surgical procedures, while ensuring high standards of patient care, hygiene, and clinical efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist veterinarians during consultations, diagnostics, and surgeries
• Monitor anesthesia and support surgical procedures
• Provide care for hospitalized and post-operative patients
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Assist with sample collection and basic laboratory work
• Maintain accurate patient records in the system
• Ensure cleanliness and sterilization of clinical areas and equipment
• Monitor medical supplies and report shortages
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members 

Requirements

• Bachelor of Veterinary Science (BVSc.) or Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant veterinary experience (UAE experience is an advantage)
• Strong clinical support skills, including surgical assistance and patient handling
• Good understanding of anesthesia monitoring and basic diagnostics
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, structured clinical environment
• Professional attitude, reliability, and attention to detail
• Strong teamwork and coordination skills
