Job Title: Telesales Executive / Telecaller

💰 Salary: Up to AED 3,000

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telecaller / Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, generating leads, explaining services, and closing sales over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients
• Explain company services and generate interest
• Follow up on leads and maintain regular communication
• Convert inquiries into confirmed appointments or sales
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details
• Achieve daily and monthly targets
• Handle customer queries in a professional manner

Requirements:

• Proven experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer service
• Minimum 6 months of experience required
• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Preferred languages: English/Malayalam
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems)
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure
