Job Description

  • Greet and assist patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages promptly and professionally.
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using clinic management software.
  • Provide accurate information regarding the clinic’s services, doctors’ schedules, insurance coverage, and procedures.
  • Register new patients, update existing patient records, and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Process payments (cash/card/insurance claims) and issue receipts and invoices.
  • Coordinate with medical, nursing, and administrative staff to ensure timely service.
  • Handle patient inquiries, complaints, or feedback and escalate when necessary.
  • Ensure the front desk and reception area are tidy, organized, and presentable.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all clinic policies .
