Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Specialist supports end-to-end recruitment for a multi-site healthcare in the organization. Partner with department leaders to identify staffing needs, source candidates, screen and coordinate interviews, and manage the candidate experience, ensuring compliance and quality hires that align with patient care standards.
Job Scope
:The Talent Acquisition Specialist collaborates with Talent Acquisition Supervisor to forecast hiring needs and design targeted sourcing strategies. Manage requisitions, post roles, screen applicants, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate subsequent stages with hiring managers. The role emphasizes building a strong talent pipeline through campus recruiting, professional networks, and community partnerships. The Specialist will leverage ATS tools to track metrics, maintain data integrity, and generate reporting to support hiring decisions. They contribute to employer branding efforts and ensure positive candidate experience from application through onboarding. In a regulated healthcare environment, they uphold privacy, comply with employment laws, and support diversity and inclusion initiatives.
