End-to-end recruitment of clinicians across specialties
Stakeholder management with hiring managers and leadership
Sourcing through job portals, networks, and headhunting
Managing candidate experience and onboarding coordination

Requirements:

Proven experience of 5 years in clinician recruitment
Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills
UAE experience mandatory
