🧩 Role Purpose

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will support the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, maintaining recruitment databases, and ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.

📌 Key Responsibilities

🔹 Create and publish job postings across various platforms

🔹 Source and review candidate applications from multiple channels

🔹 Conduct initial CV screening and phone interviews

🔹 Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers

🔹 Support career fairs and recruitment events

🔹 Maintain accurate recruitment records and databases

🔹 Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Excellent MS Office proficiency
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
