We are looking for a skilled and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist experienced who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands healthcare talent markets, and can deliver high hiring volumes while maintaining exceptional candidate experience and stakeholder partnership.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume hiring across nursing, allied health, and non-clinical roles.
  • Develop effective local and international sourcing strategies to attract qualified healthcare and non-healthcare professionals.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future workforce needs across clinical and non-clinical domains.
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates while ensuring alignment with job profiles, competency requirements, and regulatory/licensure standards where applicable.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce plans and deliver hiring outcomes within agreed SLAs.
  • Maintain accurate data within the ATS, generate recruitment reports, and ensure compliance with internal processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-7 years of Talent Acquisition experience with demonstrated success in high-volume recruitment, particularly in nursing, allied health.
  • Understanding of healthcare talent markets and licensure requirements (DOH/DHA/MOH).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and deliver timely, quality hires.
  • Experience using ATS platforms, sourcing technologies, and recruitment analytics.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
  • High-energy recruiter who can operate with urgency and accuracy.
  • Strong communicator who can build trust with business partners and candidates.
  • Collaborative, solutions-oriented team player.
