Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Speech Language Pathologist located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Speech Language Pathologist will assess, diagnose, and treat individuals with speech, language, and communication disorders across diverse age groups. Daily responsibilities include conducting comprehensive evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based therapy sessions in home and clinical settings aligned with CareSynqAI’s continuous care model. The role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, educating families and caregivers, and documenting progress using digital tools and AI-enabled platforms. The Speech Language Pathologist will also contribute to preventive care initiatives, participate in case reviews, and support remote monitoring programs to enhance long-term outcomes.
Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong skills in Speech Therapy and management of Speech-related conditions.
  • Candidates should possess expertise in assessing and treating Communication Disorders.
  • Candidates should possess knowledge and clinical experience in Language Disorders.
  • Candidates should possess competencies in evaluating and managing Dysphagia.
  • Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Valid professional licensure/registration as a Speech Language Pathologist, eligible to practice in the UAE.
  • Experience working in healthcare or home-care settings, preferably within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to use digital documentation systems and openness to AI-supported clinical workflows.
  • Strong interpersonal, counseling, and communication skills, with a patient-centered approach.
  • Proficiency in English; additional language skills relevant to the region are an asset.
