Job Description

Location: Jeddah

Job Purpose

Dealing with technical queries from Hospitals/Customer Performing Service Tasks (Installations, PPM and Breakdown) Train Customer on the proper usage of our machines

Reporting to his managers and updating SAP on his activities.

Responsible for developing and maintaining strong interpersonal relationships with customer representatives, ensuring Customer Satisfaction

Key Accountabilities

Operational

  • Submit bi-weekly reports on all job activity performed OR whenever it’s needed.
  • Technical Servicing, support, maintenance & repair of medical equipment devices at Client’s place.
  • Repairing the medical equipment on the breakdown call from clients.
  • Ensuring all repairs and maintenance is completed in accordance with manufacturer.
  • Improve the service levels, performance and productivity.
  • Follow and apply work procedure according to the ISO requirements.
  • Follow up Spare parts stock for equipment under his responsibility.
  • Follow up Upgrade (software / Hardware) and recalls for equipment under his responsibility.
  • Demonstrate / Train Hospital Bio Eng. On the basic technical info of the medical equipment.
  • Installation and servicing radiology equipment.
  • Installation, Maintenance, and Troubleshooting of different types of Medical Equipment, Radiology Equipment
  • Attend service calls in diagnostic centers and Hospitals
  • Clearly and professionally interact with the customer, regarding the status of commissioning, daily.
  • Able to determine tools and equipment required to perform the scope of the job.
  • Perform routine maintenance on equipment and assist in establishing preventative maintenance schedules with the customer.
  • Assemble, align, and install equipment as necessary.
  • Performs other duties and takes responsibilities as assigned.

  • Ensure compliance to relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls across the function to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance and a responsible environmental attitude

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum Qualifications: BA/BS in Biomedical Engineering

Minimum Experience: 2-4 years of servicing experience into Medical Equipment

Senior 4-5 years’ servicing experience into Medical Equipment
