Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Technical Recruiter, located in Alexandria, Egypt. The Senior Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of recruiting, identifying and hiring top-tier technical talent, and collaborating with hiring managers to meet workforce needs. The role involves developing strategies for technical recruitment, managing job postings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring a seamless hiring process aligned with company objectives.
Qualifications

• Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Technical Recruiting
• Strong skills in Recruiting and Hiring best practices
• Excellent Communication abilities, both written and verbal
• Ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and other stakeholders
• Proven experience in technical hiring, including roles in IT and engineering fields
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies
• Relevant certifications such as PHR, SPHR, or technical recruiting certifications are a plus
