1. Senior Technical Product Manager – 1 position

Technical Product Manager to lead the evolution of our Health Claim Management Solution. Act as the bridge between our Business stakeholders and our specialized Engineering teams (Backend, AI/ML, Data). You will own the product roadmap for the UAE and KSA markets, translating complex regulatory requirements (NAPHIES, Malaffi) into detailed, actionable user stories for development.

Skills:
– Experience: 5+ years in Product Management within Healthcare IT, specifically Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) or Health Insurance.
– Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of medical coding (ICD-10-AM, CPT, ACHI), claim cycles (e-Claims, Remittance), and approvals.
– Ability to read and understand API documentation (Swagger/Postman). You do not need to code, but you must understand data flow, JSON structures, and integration points.
