Job Description
Key Responsibilities Clinical Care Management
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care in accordance with evidence-based practices and organizational policies.
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments including physical, psychological, and social evaluation.
- Monitor, record, and report patients’ conditions and responses to treatment.
- Administer medications, vaccinations, intravenous therapies, and treatments safely and accurately.
- Assist physicians during consultations, examinations, and minor procedures.
- Provide pre-procedure and post-procedure nursing care.
- Recognize and respond promptly to emergencies, clinical deterioration, and adverse patient events.
- Ensure compliance with infection prevention and control standards.
- Maintain patient safety standards at all times.
Clinical Leadership
- Act as the designated senior nurse within assigned OPD clinics.
- Provide day-to-day supervision and guidance to Registered Nurses, Assistant Nurses, and support staff.
- Support staff competency development through coaching, mentoring, and clinical supervision.
- Participate in orientation and onboarding of newly hired nursing staff.
- Monitor nursing practices to ensure compliance with clinical standards and regulatory requirements.
- Escalate clinical and operational concerns appropriately to nursing leadership.
Qualifications Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.
- Master’s Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Management, or related field preferred.
Licensure
- Valid DHA Registered Nurse License or Eligibility.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
