About the Role

Are you a medical insurance professional committed to accuracy, service excellence, and operational efficiency? We are seeking Senior Medical POS Officers to join our Medical Operations team in Dubai. In this critical role, you will oversee the end-to-end processing of medical policies, ensure timely issuance, maintain high-quality validation checks, and support smooth policy administration in line with regulator and partner requirements.

You will also play a strategic role in optimizing POS workflows, improving turnaround time (TAT), and ensuring seamless coordination with underwriting, sales, and provider networks.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Policy Administration

Handle end-to-end processing of medical policies with accurate data entry, endorsements, renewals, and compliance. Coordinate with sales and underwriting for smooth issuance.

🔹 Quality Assurance & Compliance

Perform policy quality checks, ensure regulatory adherence, maintain strong controls, and support audits with accurate documentation.

🔹 Reconciliation & Reporting

Prepare and reconcile policy reports and premium summaries, resolve data discrepancies, and deliver MIS insights to management.

🔹 Customer Coordination

Liaise with brokers, clients, and sales teams, providing clear guidance on policy terms and timely issue resolution.

🔹 Process Improvement & Efficiency

Recommend workflow enhancements, support automation efforts, and assist with product or system upgrades. Assist in automation initiatives to reduce manual intervention and improve TAT.

Qualifications & Experience

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field

Professional Certification (Preferred):

• Certifications in medical insurance or healthcare administration.

Experience:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in medical policy operations (POS), preferably within the UAE health insurance sector.
• Strong knowledge of UAE authority regulations, policy issuance workflows, and medical insurance processes
• Experience in group and individual medical policy administration is highly preferred
