We’re looking for a Sales Supervisor to lead and coach our team in the medical and aesthetics sector.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong field sales background and proven leadership within the UAE market.

✅ Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and support the sales team to ensure targets are achieved
• Set individual and team KPIs and follow up on performance
• Coach team members and provide on-the-ground support
• Conduct market visits and accompany reps on key client meetings
• Collaborate with marketing on product launches and promotions
• Report weekly sales performance and team status to senior management

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Medical Sales Representative in the UAE
• Minimum 3 years as a Sales Supervisor in the same company within the UAE
• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
• Valid UAE driving license and strong knowledge of the UAE market
• Experience in aesthetics, dermatology, or skincare products is a strong advantage
