Senior Nurse – Wellness and Longevity Department
Position Overview:
We are seeking a senior, experienced, and compassionate nurse to join our dynamic team at a cutting-edge wellness and longevity clinic. As part of a collaborative and patient-centered environment, you will work closely with physicians and multidisciplinary specialists to ensure clients receive the highest standard of care on their journey toward optimal health, vitality, and longevity.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Advanced Patient Care and Assessment:
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and perform clinical procedures such as blood draws, IV therapy and ozone therapy. Provide clinical oversight and quality assurance for nursing procedures to ensure adherence to best practices and clinic protocols.
2. Clinical Excellence and Oversight:
Assist in performing and supervising advanced therapies such as IV nutrient therapy, ozone therapy, and anti-aging treatments.
Ensure high standards of clinical safety, infection control, and patient experience across all nursing services.
3. Patient Monitoring and Case Management:
Track and evaluate patient progress, adjust treatment plans, and provide detailed follow-up care.
Serve as a case coordinator for complex patients, ensuring continuity and quality of care throughout their wellness journey.
4. Multidisciplinary Collaboration:
Work closely with physicians, nutritionists, physiotherapists, and other specialists to ensure holistic care.
Act as a senior liaison between nursing staff and medical leadership, contributing to interdepartmental coordination and communication.
5. Patient Education and Advocacy:
Provide clear explanations of treatments and longevity protocols, promote preventive health education, and ensure patients are empowered in their care decisions.
7. Documentation and Compliance:
Maintain thorough and accurate patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.
Support the development of documentation standards and participate in quality audits and performance improvement initiatives.
8. Compliance, Safety, and Quality Assurance:
Adhere to clinic policies, infection control, and safety standards.
Take a lead role in ensuring the clinic meets all health authority and accreditation requirements.
Participate in policy development, protocol review, and continuous quality improvement activities.
Qualifications:
- Valid DHA nursing license.
- Minimum 5+ years of clinical experience, with at least 2 years in a wellness, functional medicine, or aesthetic clinic.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and team coordination skills.
- Expertise in IV therapy, advanced clinical procedures, and patient case management.
- In-depth understanding of wellness, longevity, and integrative health practices will be beneficial
- Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a multidisciplinary care model.
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
Preferred Skills:
- Advanced cannulation and IV therapy expertise.
- Experience in Ozone Therapy, functional medicine, or regenerative treatments will be advantageous.
- Experience supervising or training clinical staff.
- Familiarity with aesthetic and anti-aging treatments.
