The Senior HR Business Partner is a strategic leader who partners with senior management to drive business performance through effective people strategies. This role focuses on organizational development, leadership coaching, and aligning HR initiatives with long-term business goals.

Roles and Responsibilities

Strategic Partnership

  • Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategy with business objectives
  • Lead workforce planning and organizational design

HR Analytics & Business Insights

  • Analyze HR data to influence strategic decision
  • Provide insights on workforce trends and business impact
  • Measure ROI of HR initiatives

Coaching & Influence

  • Coach senior leaders on leadership effectiveness

Job Qualifications and Requirements

Knowledge and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
  • 7–12+ years of HR experience, with strong HRBP experience
  • Deep knowledge of HR strategy, labor laws, and organizational development
