Roles and Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership
- Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategy with business objectives
- Lead workforce planning and organizational design
- Act as a trusted advisor on all people-related matters

- Lead performance management strategy and execution from end to end.

- Lead large-scale transformation and change initiatives
- Support restructuring, mergers, or organizational shifts
- Ensure smooth adoption of change across the business
HR Analytics & Business Insights
- Analyze HR data to influence strategic decision
- Provide insights on workforce trends and business impact
- Measure ROI of HR initiatives
Coaching & Influence
- Coach senior leaders on leadership effectiveness
- Influence decision-making at executive level
- Build strong stakeholder relationships

Job Qualifications and Requirements
Knowledge and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 7–12+ years of HR experience, with strong HRBP experience
- Deep knowledge of HR strategy, labor laws, and organizational development
