Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Sales Supervisor with a strong background in medical consumables, capital equipment sales as well as OR. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-7 years of managerial experience in the medical field, preferably with experience in surgery and ICU environments. This role will be responsible for supervising and guiding the sales team, developing strategic sales plans, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets in the designated regions of Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Northern Emirates.
Responsibilities
• Supervise and lead the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Provide training, coaching, and development to the sales staff to enhance their performance.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and implement improvement plans when necessary.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies and plans to meet company objectives.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the medical consumables and capital equipment sectors.
• Oversee the sales operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Medical Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of managerial experience in sales within the medical industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong knowledge of medical consumables and capital equipment.
• Experience in ICU, OR, and Consumables and laparoscopy is highly preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
