Role Overview
Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive (Medical Products)
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year
Industry: Healthcare / Medical Devices / Pharmaceuticals / Medical Supplies
Location: Field/Office based (with local territory travel)
Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development
Promote and sell medical products, devices, or supplies directly to hospitals, clinics, doctors, and pharmacies.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas and revenue targets.
Identify new business leads through market research, networking, and scheduled client visits.
Manage contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and order processing with healthcare procurement teams.
Marketing & Promotion
Execute integrated marketing campaigns and promotional strategies for medical product launches.
Coordinate product demonstrations, distribute medical samples, and present clinical benefits to healthcare professionals.
Represent the company at medical trade shows, conferences, and industry symposiums.
Analyze local market trends, competitor pricing, and customer feedback to adjust marketing approaches.
Reporting & Relationship Management
Maintain active customer records and log daily activities in the company CRM system.
Build long-term, trusted professional relationships with key medical personnel and decision-makers.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and marketing performance feedback for management.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven work experience in medical sales or healthcare product marketing.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related science field.
Skills:
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.
Sound clinical and technical understanding of medical product lines.
Basic proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office.
License: Valid local driving license for territory management and field visits.
