Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Representative, based in Markaz Sohag. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective clients, presenting insurance products tailored to clients’ needs, and achieving sales targets. Additional tasks include maintaining relationships with existing clients, managing customer inquiries, and providing product or service information. The role requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate the value of life and takaful insurance policies.
Qualifications
- Sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to close deals and meet targets
- Customer service and interpersonal communication skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Knowledge of insurance products, particularly life insurance and takaful insurance
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple clients and tasks effectively
- Ability to understand and explain financial concepts in a clear, concise, and professional manner
- Experience in sales or insurance sectors is preferred
- Good command of the Arabic language; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field is preferred
