Saudi German Health – KSA (Asir) | Sales Manager

Are you a results-driven Sales Leader who knows how to drive revenue, build strong client relationships, and lead high-performing teams?

Saudi German Health is looking for a Sales Manager to take ownership of sales performance at the hospital level and directly impact growth.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive monthly revenue targets & sales KPIs (patient volume, contracts, growth)
  • Build and expand corporate & insurance partnerships to increase patient inflow
  • Lead, coach, and manage the sales team performance to consistently hit targets
  • Identify and close new business opportunities across medical centers and companies
  • Analyze sales data, customer trends, and market insights to adjust strategies in real-time
  • Work closely with Marketing to convert campaigns into actual patient revenue
  • Oversee pricing, packages, and proposals to stay competitive in the market

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (Medical)
  • 6–8 years of experience in Sales / Business Development (Healthcare preferred)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong track record of achieving revenue targets
  • Experience managing and motivating sales teams
  • Ability to build long-term client relationships
  • Analytical mindset with ability to turn data into actionable decisions
