We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Executive to join our team at ZenDXB. The primary role of the Sales Specialist will be to engage with patients in our clinic, understanding their health needs and guiding them towards the full range of ZenDXB services that can benefit them. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of our product offerings and the ability to empathetically communicate the value and benefits of our services to patients, with the goal of upselling and enhancing their overall health and wellness experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with patients in a friendly and professional manner, identifying their health needs and concerns.
- Provide detailed information and advice on ZenDXB’s range of services, with a focus on upselling additional services that meet the patient’s needs.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of all ZenDXB services and products, staying updated on new offerings and health trends.
- Work closely with the clinical team to ensure a seamless and integrated approach to patient care and service promotion.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling strategies.
- Handle patient inquiries and objections with professionalism, providing solutions that align with their health goals.
- Participate in training and development sessions to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and patient interactions in the CRM system.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare, wellness, or related fields.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
