Sales Coordinator (Medical Background Only)
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing Quotation for Private hospitals, Government Tenders and Projects
- Preparing Medical Tenders and Online Submission
- Checking Portals (Government & Non-Government)
- Being a primary point of contact for customers, suppliers and sales team
- Sourcing Items (within or outside the UAE)
- Timely Response to the queries
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English language (Both Spoken & Written)
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proficiency in Outlook, Email Writing
- Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude with ability to work in diverse environment
Must have minimum 3 years of work experience in the UAE in the similar role.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering / Physical Therapy/ Diploma / BS Nursing preferably in any medical field is an added value.
