Role Description

Because of the last Biozad Medical Company IVDs line expansion, a new opportunity for a full-time position as a Sales Application Specialist to focus on the followings: –

• Installation and configuration of the available IVDs.
• User training: develop and deliver training programs to help users effectively use the applications.
• Performance monitoring: monitor application performance, identify areas for improvement, and work to optimize their functionality.
• Collaboration: Work with other IT teams to ensure software is secure and up to date.
• Maintain a strong client relationship.

Qualifications

· Demonstrated sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

· Previous experience with In vitro diagnostic medical devices (IVDs).

· Solid knowledge of In vitro diagnostic medical devices (IVDs) Installations, Configuration & Performance Monitoring.

· Strong communication, presentation, and client engagement abilities.

· Bachelor’s degree in Science, Pharmacy, Business, or a related field.

· Experience in the medical or healthcare industry is preferred.
