Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing Quotation for Private hospitals, Government Tenders and Projects
• Preparing Medical Tenders and Online Submission
• Checking Portals (Government & Non-Government)
• Being a primary point of contact for customers, suppliers and sales team
• Sourcing Items (within or outside the UAE)
• Timely Response to the queries

Requirements :

• Excellent communication skills in English language (Both Spoken & Written)
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Proficiency in Outlook, Email Writing
• Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy
• Enthusiastic and positive attitude with ability to work in diverse environment

Must have minimum 3 years of work experience in the UAE in the similar role.

Qualifications:

• Biomedical Engineer / BS Nursing /Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma preferably in any medical field.
