Sales Effectiveness & Returns Control Lead

Location: Dubai Industrial City

Reporting To: Business Head / Operations Leads

Function: Sales Excellence | Commercial Operations | Field Execution

Salary: AED 3,000 per month

Role Overview

Oasis Cuisines operates in short-expiry food products where disciplined sales execution, freshness control, and route hygiene are critical to protecting margins and brand trust. This role focuses on minimizing sales returns, improving sell-out effectiveness, and strengthening operational standards across sales routes.

This is a field-based, high-ownership role suited for a driven, detail-oriented professional who enjoys execution, data tracking, and working closely with sales teams. The position offers strong exposure to leadership and structured career growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain ≤5% sales returns across assigned routes
  • Track route-wise returns, sales, and sell-out indicators
  • Prevent over-ordering, dumping, and quantity mismatches
  • Conduct regular market visits with and without sales staff
  • Ensure FIFO compliance and shelf discipline at outlets
  • Capture return reasons and support root-cause analysis
  • Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, and Operations teams
  • Prepare weekly route-health and performance reports
  • Support stabilization of high-return routes and implement best practices

Success Metrics (KPIs)

  • Returns maintained at ≤5%
  • Reduction in repeat returns
  • Strong route discipline and execution consistency
  • Accurate reporting and timely corrective actions

Candidate Profile

  • 1–3 years of experience in FMCG, retail operations, field sales coordination, or food distribution
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field
  • High ownership, disciplined, and detail-oriented
  • Data-driven with good analytical skills
  • Confident communicator comfortable in field environments
