Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing role based in Medina. In this position, the successful candidate will manage and oversee marketing campaigns, identify and connect with potential clients, and develop strategies to increase clinic visibility and customer engagement. Additional daily tasks will include maintaining strong relationships with clients, promoting services, and driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives and training.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging with clients and fostering long-term relationships
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets
- Experience in training and mentoring teams to ensure consistent service standards and alignment with company goals
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, on-site environment
- Strong organizational and analytical skills to identify growth opportunities and implement marketing initiatives
- A background in the healthcare, dental, or dermatology sectors is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
