This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo for a Sales Agent at Misr Life Insurance – Takaful. The Sales Agent will be responsible for identifying and approaching prospective clients, selling life and takaful insurance plans, and building lasting customer relationships. The role also involves providing excellent customer service, understanding client needs to offer appropriate insurance solutions, and meeting sales targets. Additionally, the Sales Agent will continuously participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques. Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, including the ability to effectively engage with clients and address their concerns
  • Proven Sales expertise, with the ability to meet or exceed targets and goals
  • Basic understanding of Insurance and Takaful products is preferred
  • Willingness to participate in Training programs to develop product knowledge and professional skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working in a dynamic environment
  • Experience in financial services or insurance is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
