We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support our growing commercial team. If you have experience in sales operations, customer support, tender management, and order processing—especially within the healthcare or medical equipment sector—we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Prepare and manage sales quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
✔ Process customer orders and ensure accurate documentation.
✔ Coordinate with Sales, Procurement, Logistics, Finance, and Service departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
✔ Support tender preparation, submission, and tracking activities.
✔ Maintain customer records, sales documentation, and contract files.
✔ Monitor order status and communicate updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
✔ Prepare periodic sales reports, dashboards, and performance analyses.
✔ Assist in maintaining accurate sales data within ERP and CRM systems.
Qualifications
🔹 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Healthcare Management, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
🔹 2–5 years of experience in Sales Administration.
🔹 Previous experience in the medical equipment or healthcare industry is highly preferred.
🔹 Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
🔹 Experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
🔹 Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
🔹 Fluency in Arabic and English.
