Urgent Hiring: Revenue Cycle Manager (RCM)

We are urgently seeking an experienced Revenue Cycle Manager to join our team in Baniyas East, Abu Dhabi.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

-Oversee the complete Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) process from patient registration to final payment reconciliation
Ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi healthcare regulations (DOH guidelines)

-Manage insurance eligibility verification, pre-authorizations, and approvals
Supervise accurate medical coding (ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, E&M)

-Monitor claim submission, rejection analysis, resubmission, and timely collections
Ensure compliance with insurance payer requirements (Thiqa, Daman, ADNIC, NAS, etc.)

-Act as the primary focal point during regulatory and insurance audits

-Lead the team in preparation for and during audits such as Tasneef, JAWDA, DOH inspections, and insurance audits

-Conduct regular audits on coding, billing, and documentation

-Reduce claim denial rates and improve clean claim ratio

-Track KPIs such as AR days, denial rate, collection rate, and revenue leakage

-Coordinate with doctors and clinical staff to resolve documentation gaps

-Handle insurance reconciliation and payment posting

-Support facility preparation for DOH ranking inspections, Tasneef audits, and JAWDA performance evaluations

-Manage patient billing, refunds, and outstanding balances

-Train, supervise, and evaluate billing and coding teams

-Provide structured training and orientation for newly hired coders, including coding guidelines, insurance requirements, claim submission standards, and internal SOPs

-Monitor performance of new coders and conduct periodic competency assessments
Generate monthly revenue reports and present performance analysis to management

-Manage empanelment of new insurance networks, including documentation submission, follow-up, and contract coordination

-Maintain strong relationships with insurance providers and ensure timely renewal of contracts

🔹 Requirements:

-Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Finance, or related field

-Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or Certified Coding Specialist (CCS)

-Minimum 5–6 years of UAE healthcare RCM experience (mandatory)

Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi DOH regulations and e-claim submission standards
Hands-on experience with insurance portals (Daman, Thiqa, NAS, ADNIC, etc.)

-Proficiency in CORTEX (Hospital Management System)

-Strong understanding of claim denial management and appeal processes

-Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

-Proven ability to improve revenue performance and optimize billing processes
