Established in 2022, Mubadala Health Dubai offers world-class treatments and advanced technology, facilitated by a clinical team of experts with extensive knowledge and experience. Our state-of-the-art outpatient facility provides day surgery, outpatient consultations, and comprehensive diagnostic services for over 30 clinical specialties.
We are seeking a Registered Nurse – OPD to provide safe, high‑quality, and patient‑centred nursing care in the outpatient setting. The role is responsible for supporting physicians during consultations, coordinating patient flow, administering treatments, and ensuring accurate clinical documentation. The successful candidate will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver efficient, compassionate care in line with M42 values and Dubai Health Authority nursing standards.
Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to outpatients, including assessment, triage, monitoring, and follow‑up as required.
- Support physicians during OPD consultations and minor procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Administer medications, injections, vaccinations, and treatments in accordance with physician orders and nursing protocols.
- Prepare patients for examinations and procedures, providing clear education and instructions to patients and families.
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in the electronic medical record, in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
- Coordinate patient flow within the OPD to ensure efficient clinic operations and positive patient experience.
- Adhere to infection control, patient safety, and quality standards, and participate in audits, quality initiatives, and continuous improvement activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (or equivalent)
- Valid DOH or DHA Registered Nurse license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in an OPD / ambulatory care setting
- BLS certification required (ACLS preferred depending on clinic specialty)
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced outpatient environment
- Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
