Registered Nurse

Job Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team at IBO Medical Center. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality care to patients, ensuring their comfort and safety while delivering personalized care services in a clinical environment. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure excellent patient outcomes and contribute to the overall mission of IBO Medical Center in providing exceptional medical care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, following safety and medical protocols.
  • Monitor patient conditions by observing vital signs, symptoms, and behaviors.
  • Assist physicians in performing diagnostic tests, medical procedures, and other treatments.
  • Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and aftercare.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records in compliance with regulatory and hospital policies.
  • Ensure patient comfort and safety by providing emotional support and responding to patient needs promptly.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, technicians, and support staff, to provide coordinated care.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices in nursing care.
  • Adhere to IBO Medical Center’s standards of care and ethical guidelines.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent nursing qualification.
  • Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, with experience in a clinical or hospital setting preferred.
  • Experience with gynecology specialty is preferred.
  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license from the relevant health authority.
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology, nursing procedures, and patient care techniques.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure.
